Spring Creek Land Group was born out of our wildlife and habitat consulting company, Spring Creek Outdoors. With three full time degreed wildlife biologists strategically placed throughout Texas, you know the consulting company as one of the best in the industry for all things habitat, wildlife, fisheries, expert witness, and tax plan management. Spring Creek Land Group builds upon that same reputation to help you buy that special property that is tailor made for you.
We are not the typical real estate company. We are wildlife biologists first and real estate agents second. What that means to you is that you will get the same first-class, knowledge and experienced-based attention that buying a property deserves. How We Work
The majority of our transactions are considered “off market” or “pocket listings” because we rarely need to publicly advertise. The ranches we offer for sale are usually our habitat and wildlife consulting clients. We will already have a professional working relationship with the property so we will have knowledge, data, photos and experience regarding the history, the management progression, the water details, and survey data. We can give you the history of the ranch using firsthand knowledge and provide you will an array of data and details buyers need and want. So again, we are not the typical real estate company because we are biologists first and a real estate company second.
Our goal is to combine the perfect buyer/seller for the property itself. We don’t rely on flattering photos or elaborate write-ups to help sell the ranch, the ranch will speak to the right buyer. No more wasted weekends touring dozens of ranches, your time is way more valuable than that.
